Eliza is 5 Months Today

What are you up to?

You have 2 teeth now. You got the first one the day after Thanksgiving and the second one a week later.

Your sleeping patterns continue to puzzle us. Some nights you sleep like a rock star and other nights you want to party like a rock star. The partying nights are still particularly difficult.

You are regularly eating rice cereal at night for dinner and I add about a tablespoon of sugar free applesauce to it for more flavor. You love the applesauce and get excited with each bite. Some nights we can't get the spoon to you fast enough.

You are rolling over - back to belly, belly to back.

Everything, and I mean everything, is going in your mouth.

I have made sweet potatoes, acorn squash and a little avocado and froze it to start on baby food. I am trying to make my own this time around.

You are are still nursing and I hope to for several more months. So far so good.

You are trying to sit up and do so pretty well, especially with a bit of support.

We are so excited for your first Christmas and many more to come. We love you sweet girl!
